In a small alley beside St. Sophia Cathedral in Hanoi, there’s a cozy little store.
The most special feature of this store is the wall-mounted cabinets displaying colorful ethnic dolls and a variety of scented candles, creating a warm and slightly mysterious atmosphere.

The store across from Takashimaya doesn’t have “Car.pe di.em” written at the door, but instead “grade b.”
The first time I visited, I was unaware of this and only found out after checking Google Maps before pushing open the “grade b” door.
The ground floor sells ceramic plates, while the second floor offers Car.pe di.em scented candles.
This branch features a minimalist style, with the unified color tone of the shelves forming a beautiful palette with the white walls.
